9-17-2003 Here's a good one: this group of country singers doesn't want Arnold to become governor of California. They say the state should be governed by people who have a clue.

An interesting commment, the point of which being that entertainers should stay out of politics.

Okay. So how do they get on making a political comment like this? If they're correct, then their comment is invalid because they are entertainers too. If they're wrong, then their comment is invalid because, obviously, entertainers can be political.

Talk about a Catch-22. This one is more of a Catch-23 or -24; kind of like a big forehead is called a "fivehead."

Well, maybe it proves that some entertainers should avoid politics. And hey, they weren't smart enough to marry a Kennedy, either.
